Tom Murphy has decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to founding Pamex Limited, he held senior positions in Sales, Marketing and Management in a major multi-national pharmaceutical company, where his responsibilities included both national and international markets. He is a founding member of the Pharmaceutical Managers’ Institute of Ireland, a former National President and a Board Member for over 15 years. His sphere of influence is extensive and he is highly regarded throughout all sectors of the Irish pharmaceutical industry.
As CEO of Pamex Limited, Cormac Kearney brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to Pamex Limited with over 25+ years of Pharmaceutical / Healthcare experience at the highest level. In his career to date he has been a leader in business development, sales management, marketing, commercial operations and corporate governance in national and international pharmaceutical firms. A highly respected individual in the pharmacy and pharmaceutical sectors, Cormac joined Pamex Limited in September 2019, and has overall responsibility for the development and implementation of Pamex business strategy into the future.
An enthusiastic Sales Professional with a degree in English, Sociology and Political studies, Gerard Murphy is Pamex’ Pharmacy Sales Manager. Having cut his teeth in sales with a high emphasis on cold calling, Gerard was appointed Manager while still in his early twenties. After joining Pamex Limited, his sharp business acumen soon became apparent and he developed his many skills encompassing sales strategy, and return on investment, while always keeping the needs of customers to the fore. A thorough professional in a very competitive environment, Gerard manages the Pamex Pharmacy Sales personnel and products. Gerard is also responsible for Key Account Management of major Group Pharmacies.
Niamh serves as the Medical Manager and Responsible Person at Pamex Limited, bringing 15 years of experience across the pharmaceutical industry and clinical practice, with experience in both the NHS and HSE health services.
She holds a BSc in Nutritional Sciences from University College Cork and an MSc in Dietetics from Ulster University Coleraine, combining strong academic knowledge with practical industry expertise. Niamh’s specialised expertise in clinical nutrition uniquely positions her to integrate medical insights into the company’s sales strategies.
Additionally, she leads the delivery of product and therapy area training, ensuring the team is supported with up-to-date clinical knowledge.
Pamela is an accomplished Operations and Strategy Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry across the Dental and Medical sectors. She has a strong track record of driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth across Ireland and the UK.
Known for her passion for people development, Pamela has designed and delivered training programmes across both sales methodologies and therapy areas, empowering high-performing Dental and Medical sales teams to consistently exceed targets.
Pamela currently heads up Operations in Ireland and her expertise spans project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through to execution. Pamela combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, making her a trusted leader in building capability, improving performance, and delivering sustainable business results
Jeannette is the Medical & Dental Sales Manager, bringing 18 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including the past four years in dental. She plays a key role in driving sales strategy and fostering strong customer relationships, contributing to sustained business growth.
Before moving into dental, Jeannette built extensive experience across both primary and secondary care, with a focus on cardiovascular and respiratory therapeutic areas. This background has given her a deep understanding of complex treatment pathways and patient needs.
Her combined expertise across pharmaceutical and dental sectors allows her to bring a well-rounded, strategic perspective to healthcare delivery, supporting both commercial success and improved patient outcomes.
