Pamex Announces 2026 Charity Partnership with The Sunflower Children’s Hospice

We are incredibly proud to announce that The Sunflower Children’s Hospice has been chosen as our Charity of the Year for 2026.
This partnership holds deep meaning for our entire team. The Sunflower Children’s Hospice is set to provide vital care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families across the Western Seaboard, ensuring that families can access specialist services closer to home, something that is truly life-changing for so many.
The Linking Little Lives Walk
As part of our commitment to this important cause, the Pamex team will take on a very special fundraising initiative:
This will be a relay walk from Dublin to Castlebar, undertaken by members of the Pamex team. The journey is symbolic of the many families from the West of Ireland who regularly travel to Dublin to access essential treatment and care for their children.
Through this walk, we aim to stand in solidarity with these families while raising awareness and vital funds to support the development of local care services.
The Sunflower Festival – Castlebar
The walk will culminate in what promises to be a very special community event:
Taking place on June 26th, 2026, on The Mall in Castlebar, this family-focused day will bring together staff, families, schools, customers, and supporters.
The festival will be a celebration of community, connection, and compassion, while also raising essential funds for The Sunflower Children’s Hospice. It will be a day filled with positivity, purpose, and support for a cause that touches so many lives.
Looking Ahead
Our ambition is simple:
By the time construction begins on the new Children’s Hospice in Castlebar, we hope that the Pamex community will have played a meaningful role in helping turn this long-held vision into a reality.
We are excited to share updates, progress, and opportunities for everyone to get involved throughout the year.
Together, we can Link Little Lives and support families when they need it most.
